Potager at Bamboo Hill was conceived to be a unique and immersive dining experience in a meticulously crafted interior, celebrating and accentuating fresh indigenous ingredients through featured thoughtfully curated plates that narrates poetic provenance.
The lush green cover melts away after guest arrives at the porte cochere to be welcomed with a composed maître d lobby that frames the inner court, whilst an elegant dried installation punctuates the arrival to compliment the iconic reception with flanking elevations of soft curves.
The main restaurant Potager takes centre stage as the guests dine with warm ambient light glowing against artisanal bespoke finishes, light timber notes, louvered panels and understated filigree. The show kitchen is a collection of intimate gentle marble counters where diners can appreciate the chefs in action moving gracefully in an almost monastically simple yet luxe interior.
Marble, timber, terrazzo being mediums orchestrated carefully to juxtapose against the views of the exterior and the feature wall sculpture fashioned from pineapple fibres.
For discerning guests who prefer exclusive privacy, there are 4 well-appointed private dining rooms of both light and mid-toned interiors.
Extending the "Hands of labour" concept from its interiors to bespoke furniture and art creates a cohesive and immersive interior design that complements and heightens the unique culinary experience at Potager.
